The current state of knowledge regarding the efficacy of smoked marijuana for a given disease/condition should be taken into account in designing clinical protocols. Investigators should give consideration to the range of potential questions that could be addressed and propose to address the most pertinent question(s) with the most appropriate study designs marijuana seeds. This strategy should enhance the possibility of National Institutes of Health (NIH) funding support.
the efficacy of smoked marijuana

July 25, 2008 by cannabissedsSince patients with severe glaucoma did not discontinue their current therapy (pilocarpine – 4 percent, epinephrine – 2 percent, or oral acetazolamide big bud feminized) Hepler and Petrus concluded that smoked marijuana or oral THC were additive to the then-known classes of therapeutic agents, and presumably worked by an independent mechanism (Hepler and Petrus 1976). In these short-term studies, lasting up to 4 hours, 2 cigarettes were as effective as 20 cigarettes, and intoxication occurred.

July 14, 2008 by cannabissedsNeuropathic pain represents a treatment problem for which currently available analgesics are, at best, marginally effective. Since 9-THC is not acting by the same mechanism as either opioids or NSAIDs, it may be useful in this inadequately treated type of pain. Evaluation of cannabinoids in the management of neuropathic pain, including HIV-associated neuropathy, should be undertaken cannabis seeds. A few animal studies support this idea. Another potentially useful role for marijuana/9-THC might be as an adjuvant when added to a regimen of standard analgesics.
THC and cannabis
July 11, 2008 by cannabissedsTHC and other cannabinoids suppress antibody formation, cytokine production, leukocyte migration and natural killer-cell activity. Cannabinoids decrease host resistance to infection from bacterial and viral infection in animals. Marijuana smokers show evidence of impaired immune function: for example, decreased leukocyte blastogenesis in response to mitogens of white widow. Marijuana smokers, when compared to nonmarijuana smokers, have more respiratory illness (Polen et al. 1993).

June 24, 2008 by cannabissedsThus the clinical pharmacology of single or repeated smoked marijuana doses given to older people or to people with serious diseases has hardly been researched at all in a controlled laboratory or clinic setting. Some of the very few reports of experiments that have included older or sicker people, particularly patients less experienced in using marijuana, suggest the profile of adverse effects may differ from healthy student volunteers smoking in a laboratory experiment (Hollister 1986a, 1988a feminized marijuana seeds). THC administered alone in its pure form is the most thoroughly researched cannabinoid.
THC as medicine
June 12, 2008 by cannabissedsSingle-administration studies have reported blood pressure falls concurrently with the marijuana seeds lowering, raising concern that blood flow to the optic nerve could be compromised. Mitigating this concern are data suggesting that tolerance may develop to cardiovascular effects. Efforts to avoid or reduce side effects led to the development of a topical dosage form of THC cannabis seeds. Topically applied THC did not lower IOP. The mechanism of all IOP-lowering drugs currently used to treat glaucoma is known with the exception of marijuana. The interactive effect of marijuana with currently available IOP-lowering agents is not known but is evaluable. Elucidation of the mechanism of action of marijuana’s IOP-lowering effect is crucial to its potential utilization for treatment of glaucoma; a unique mechanism of action might provide additive benefit whereas a mechanism identical to an available medication would suggest an unfavorable benefit/risk ratio.
Cannabis seeds
May 29, 2008 by cannabissedsOne of the reasons is that they are almost microscopic and very hard to spot. They are called spider mites because they leave a web-like substance clinging to the leaves. They also cause tiny little spots to appear on the leaves and not on the marijuana seeds. Probably the first thing you’ll notice, however, is that your plants look sick and depressed. The mites suck enzymes from the leaves and as a result the leaves lose some of their green color and glossiness. Sometimes the leaves look like they have some kid of fungus on them. The eggs are very tiny black dots. You might be wise to get a magnifying glass so that you can really scrutinize your plants closely. Be sure to examine the underside of the leaves too.
size of the plant
May 20, 2008 by cannabissedsContainersAfter you have prepared your soil, you will have to come up with some kind of container to plant in. The container should be sterilized as well, especially if they have been used previously for growing other plants. The size of the container has a great deal to do with the rate of growth and overall size of the plant. You should plan on transplanting your plant not more than one time, since the process of transplanting can be a shock to the plant and it will have to undergo a recovery period in which growth is slowed or even stopped for a short while. The first container you use should be no larger than six inches in diameter and can be made of clay or plastic or white widow. To transplant, simply prepare the larger pot by filling it with soil and scooping out a little hole about the size of the smaller pot that the plant is in.
Big Bud Feminized
May 9, 2008 by cannabissedsStretchingAs your female plants begin to flower they will stretch up to the lights. If you don’t have enough headroom for them then you may require to train them so they don’t get so big. Plants usually stretch up to a foot taller and have been known to double in size. If you don’t have lots of headroom you may consider switching to 12/12 early about 8″ – 1′ tall.FlushingFlushing is necessary nearing the end of the harvest stage. Once 30-50% of the hairs have changed color you have to stop using fertilizer or any insecticides too bad for the big bud feminized. From this point on feed them only water. This will begin to flush all of the crap out of the plants so you will have non-toxic smoke when the plants have finished. Water as you normally would with just water until the plants are ready to come down.

Place the top end cap on the pipe. Again, push it on as securely as you can by hand.Find a location outdoors with a decent breeze. You want these butane fumes to be quickly carried away. Seriously. Mount the pipe (single hole-side up) over a vessel that can hold 300mL+. Beakers are perfect. A lab stand and clamp are ideal for the mounting, but a regular shop clamp or anything that can hold it sturdily is fine. (Avoid metal if you can, to reduce the chance of sparks semillas de marihuana) Position the bottom end of the pipe immediately over (1-2″) the receiving vessel to eliminate splatter loss.
Turn the butane gas can upside down and dispense the gas into the pipe via the single top hole. A whole 8-oz can takes about 10-12 seconds to evacuate. Be brave, swift, and careful. A spark at this moment would spell disaster since you have basically created an incendiary explosive device that is leaking.
